The Opportunity / About Us

We are an agile, innovative game studio building a proprietary ecosystem of games and platform tools. Operating within a larger global organization, we already manage a suite of game titles that are processing tens of millions in real-money transactions. Headquartered in Hong Kong with a multi-cultural remote team, we tackle high-scale complexity by deploying isolated, cloud environments for each of our global partners. We are at the intersection of social gaming, next-generation Provably Fair gaming, and operational excellence.

Shipping great games and platform tools is only half the story; we need to tell it well and grow strategically. This role is the bridge between our product and the world: equal parts builder, marketer, researcher, and storyteller. If you thrive on variety, move fast, and know how to get things done across a wide scope, this role was designed for you.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Product Marketing Generalist to support the full lifecycle of our game and platform products, from ideation through launch, marketing, and post-launch iteration. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will embed across engineering, design, game production, and business teams, contributing wherever momentum is needed most. One day you might be doing competitive analysis; the next you are building a landing page, writing a sales deck, or pulling player data to support a product decision. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for a hands-on, entrepreneurial generalist who is equally comfortable with a codebase and a creative brief.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Go-to-Market

  • Product Lifecycle Support: Support the full lifecycle of game titles and platform features, from ideation and scoping through launch planning, marketing execution, and post-launch iteration.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new game releases and platform feature launches. Own launch assets end-to-end: landing pages, one-pagers, demo environments, and sales enablement materials.
  • Feature Positioning: Translate complex product and technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for operator partners and players alike.
  • Competitive Research: Conduct ongoing competitive and market research. Synthesize findings into clear, actionable briefs that inform product direction and sales strategy.

Technical Contribution

  • Landing Pages & Web Assets: Independently build, deploy, and iterate on landing pages and marketing web properties using modern tools, frameworks, and AI-augmented workflows. You write the code, not just the brief.
  • AI-Augmented Productivity: Champion modern AI tools (LLMs, image generation, automation, coding assistants) as practical productivity multipliers. Apply them daily to accelerate content, research, and production workflows.
  • Data Analysis: Run lightweight but rigorous data analysis to support product decisions, measure campaign performance, and surface player behavior insights. Comfortable with dashboards and basic SQL.
  • Tooling & Automation: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing or operational workflows. Build lightweight internal tools when the need arises.

Content & Collateral

  • Sales & Partner Materials: Create and maintain sales decks, product explainers, feature documentation, and operator-facing collateral that communicate product value with clarity and impact.
  • Brand & Voice Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual quality standard across all external-facing materials, from a quick social post to a full product pitch deck.
  • Documentation: Support product and engineering teams with clear, audience-appropriate documentation for features, integrations, and platform capabilities.

Cross-functional Contribution

  • Embedded Generalist: Plug into engineering, game design, and operations teams as needed. No task is too big or too small; you are the person who gets things unstuck.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep leadership and cross-functional partners informed on marketing initiatives, launch timelines, and campaign performance with concise, proactive updates.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ Years of Experience: Proven background in product marketing, growth marketing, a marketing agency environment, or a broad technical generalist role in a startup or digital product company.
  • Comfortable with Code: You do not need to be a full-stack engineer, but you are not afraid of a codebase. You can write and ship HTML/CSS/JS (or equivalent) independently and use developer tools confidently. You can use git proficiently (merge, rebase, branch, work trees, blame, etc.).
  • AI Tool Proficiency: Active, practical user of modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Midjourney, or equivalents). You use them as everyday productivity multipliers, not occasional experiments.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communicator. You can write a sharp executive brief and a punchy marketing headline with equal skill.
  • Self-Starter: Comfortable with broad scope, ambiguity, and shifting priorities. You define your own agenda, manage your own time, and deliver without heavy oversight.
  • Data Literacy: Able to run basic data analysis, read dashboards, and translate metrics into clear narratives for product and business audiences.
  • Degree preferred but not required. We look for a strong portfolio of output and a track record of impact.

Bonus Points

  • Background in gaming, social gaming, consumer tech, or entertainment products.
  • Experience with modern web frameworks (Vue, React) or static site generators.
  • Graphic design proficiency or experience with Figma or design tools.
  • Experience supporting or running performance marketing campaigns (paid social, SEO, CRO).
  • Familiarity with B2B product marketing, operator-facing go-to-market, or SaaS growth.
  • Experience with product management tools (Notion, Linear, Jira).

You Are…

  • Action-Oriented: Delivers results through effective cross-functional collaboration. Get stuff done.
  • Takes Ownership: Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex systems with minimal oversight while engaging the team proactively.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Proactive in cross-team communications. Communicates clearly. Communicates changes and impacts proactively. Document changes and technical impacts.
  • Decisive: Exercising high judgment on when to polish further vs. when to ship and learn.

Why Join Us?

  • Breadth: No two days look the same. You will touch every part of the product lifecycle, from data to design to launch, and leave a visible mark on everything we ship.
  • Growth: We are a high-growth startup backed by an industry giant with significant resources to power growth.
  • Culture: A creative, driven, and transparent environment where we value "getting stuff done" over red tape.
  • Stability: Competitive salary, and benefits.
